Terms and Conditions for Kabiliyt

Welcome to the online learning platform of Kabiliyt ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Moodle site and the courses offered here. By using this site, enrolling in a course, and making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. User Account and Responsibilities
- Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., 12 years old in India) or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your password or access to the site with another person.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information you provide during registration and payment is accurate, complete, and current.
2. Course Enrollment and Payment
- Course Fees: Access to paid courses requires the payment of the fee specified on the course enrollment page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Gateway: We use Razorpay for processing payments. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's terms and privacy policies. We do not store your full financial details.
- Guaranteed Access: Enrollment is guaranteed once full payment has been received.
3. User Conduct and Prohibitions
You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with the experience of other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of the instructors or other users.
- Posting defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or harassing content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, servers, or other user data.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior and reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without a refund if you violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the courses, including text, videos, documents, quizzes, and other materials (the "Course Materials"), is the intellectual property of Kabiliyt and is protected by copyright laws.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
- Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any Course Materials in any form or by any means without prior written consent from us.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Moodle site and all courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra for the resolution of any disputes.
